The firm was registered in the year 2006 and started business operations in the year 2008.In this regard, the business has operated at its location Sahara Dansoman for the past twelve years and have provided quality services for organistions in the Banking, Microfinance, Microcredits, Insurance,Manufacturing,Oil and Gas, Schools,Travel and Tours and all sectors of Business in Ghana.

Our firm Owiredu Yeboah Consult (Chartered Accountants) is associated with our other businesses ie Corporate Tax Solutions (Tax firm and Licensed by the Chartered Institute of Taxation) and Premium Training Solutions.

Mr. Eugene Owiredu- Yeboah is the Managing Partner of Owiredu-Yeboah Consult. He has extensive experience in accounting, auditing, business process reviews, operations and financial management. Over the years, Eugene has managed or been involved in several management consulting, due diligence and audit assignments and has provided recommendations leading to business process and internal control improvement. Eugene is a chartered accountant, a Fellow of ACCA. He is also a practicing member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (Ghana), Practicing Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (Ghana). He has an MBA (Finance) from the University of Leicester and hold B’Com, Dip. Ed (UCC).

Godfred Kofi Ocansey - AUDIT SUPERVISOR

Godred Kofi Ocansey is an associate Partner who has extensive experience in Stock Management, Debtors Management, Corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions etc.

Godfred understands audit assignments and employs the Audit Methodology in review of working papers and is capable of preparing financial statements and analyse financial information. With his exposure in risk management and setting up and efficient Accounting System he is able to advise clientele on how to minimise losses and ensure efficiency.

Sheila Badohu - AUDIT SUPERVISOR

Sheila Badohu is an ICA (Gh) Member. She is the Senior Audit Manager of the firm and has an extensive an Audit expertise , a part of the team of consultants that reviewed and re-engineered the internal audit operation of client and in consultation with the managing partner, developed a researched training manual for companies on the practicality of Risk – Based Internal Audit (RBIA)
